Apia Residence - Budva

Hidden gem, close to the action. Loved the elegant decor and well-equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi and private parking were a bonus. Only downside was imagining all the fun happening outside while I was sipping tea on the balcony.

Place was beautiful and close to Museum. Big building, stunning location. It also was a short walk to restaurants and casinos.

Had pleasant experience for the price.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, being right near the buzzing old town. It is super close to the old town, making it convenient to explore the shops, restaurants, and attractions. the rooms are spacious and clean, with contemporary designs. the staff is friendly and professional, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The apartment was mind-blowingly light, clean, and well located. With a spacious size for four adults, the sofa bed was super comfortable. The balcony was a jaw-dropping addition for evening relaxation. The kitchen was equipped with everything from an electric kettle to cookware, perfect for meals in. The helpful staff accommodated an early check-in and assisted with tourist tax. Incredibly satisfied with the luxurious and well-maintained apartments. Privacy was a plus, but assistance was just a second away from the friendly housekeeping ladies. The manager was welcoming and helpful. Loved every moment at this place!

our recent stay in budva was amazing. much better than our previous visit. apia residence was beyond our expectations. the modern apartment with two balconies and a great kitchen made our stay comfortable. nina, the apartment manager, was fantastic and fulfilled our requests promptly. the location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk from old town budva and the beach.

One small issue, the price was slightly higher for june.

I had an amazing stay at this fabulous place just steps away from the Old Town. The location was perfect, with all the bars, restaurants, and shops just a stone's throw away. The beach was also conveniently close. The apartment itself was brand new and beautifully furnished, and it was cleaned every day. The staff were very good too fulfill any request we had. I also appreciated the garage where we could park our car securely.
